1. Overview
At Varahi Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and refund process as described in this policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be raised within 7 of the delivery date
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included
- The following must be provided when returning: Original Packaging Cover, Unboxing Video, Product Should be with the Original Security tag and the Brand Card
- The item must not fall under the non-returnable categories listed below
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Customised or personalised items
- Downloadable digital products or software
- Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item (if damaged/defective)
- Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number
- Ship the item to our return address: 322/2, Abubaker road, near ksrtc stand, Devi Nagar East-West Colony, Valakkad, Palakkad, Kerala 678004
- Clearly write your order number and RA number on the package
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. If approved:
- Original Payment Method: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Store Credit: Alternatively, we may offer store credit which will be processed within 2-3 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items at no extra cost. For size/variant exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, contact us at its.varahijewels@gmail.com.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
